I have a family across the street from me who lost a son about 2 years ago. Now the father has been diagnosed with a very agressive cancer and is dying. I thought it would be a good project for us to install some new windows in the house. He has mentioned to me a couple of times that he needs to install them. If some of you or all of you would like to give me a hand with this project I know that his family would greatly appreciate it. I know every body has busy schedules and it will be hard to plan a day when we can all get together and do this. I am free everyday after noon and alol day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If I could get some input maybe we can get this planned out and get it done for them.

Sounds like a great idea. I would love to help. Got our wedding on Sat and bike show in Milton on Sun. Can we do it maybe Friday afternoon?? I'll cut out of work early to come over and help.

what time are you looking at Friday? I have to check my schedule, but let me know. I've never installed windows, but I'm good at demolition and I can help where ever you need. Just say when and I'll keep you posted if I can make it.

sounds good keeper just rememder i am off most of the time.any time i can help let me know.i have some windows that i took out of our house and i may have some wood if we need it.just let me know. |

Ok guys looks like next Friday is going to be the best time. Lets try to make it happen. I should have all the tools we need unless you want to bring your hammers and any other personal carpentry tools you may have. Red if we can get that table saw over here that would be great. Thanks in advance. This family will be very happy to have the help.

I have a bunch of tools and a table saw at my place. I'm not there to help, but if you need them Red knows how to get them

Thank Joel. For those that can make Friday I will be starting at around 8am. This may be too early for some but that's ok just come when you can. Me and another guy are going to change one of the windows on Thursday afternoon, so we can have a game plan for Friday. We have a total of ten windows.
